We want you to shop with confidence. Every Origintoy product is carefully inspected and packaged to meet the highest safety and quality standards. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear, family-friendly return process.

📅 Return Period & Eligibility

You have 35 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:
1. Item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received.
2. Must include original packaging (including safety labels or small-parts warnings).
3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
4. For children’s toys, ensure all small parts, accessories, and manuals are included for safety compliance.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at service@origintoy.com before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each order before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at service@origintoy.com. Our team will quickly assess the issue and provide a resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health, safety, or customization reasons, including:
❌ Custom or personalized toys
❌ Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
❌ Products damaged through misuse or improper assembly
❌ Sale items and gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and initiating a return for the original purchase. Once we receive and approve your return, you will be refunded accordingly.

🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to an EU country, you have 14 days to cancel or return it—no reason needed. Items must remain unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

💳 Refund Process

1. After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification.
2. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
4. If 12 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@origintoy.com for assistance.
